Professional Background

Eric Herrenkohl is the president of Clarius^TM, a leading business-coaching firm. Clarius focuses on enabling entrepreneurs and other business leaders to get the most out of themselves and their people. He is the developer of the Vision for Your Life process, a process that enables individuals to define career goals that align with their true talents and motivations.

Eric has over a decade of experience in guiding business people to personal effectiveness. He has been an executive recruiter; an early member of two startup companies, and has extensive background in the design and implementation of performance improvement programs. In his career he has worked with a wide-range of business people, from entrepreneurs to executives, at companies such as Arthur Andersen, May Department Stores, and Saturn.

Eric holds the Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri and an bachelor in economics and history from the University of Michigan.
